Apparently you must be in top shape to be on the next season of Jersey Shore...According to TMZ.com Snooki, Pauly D, The Situation and company will be submitting to full medical check-ups beginning Monday morning -- including breathing tests and a work-up of their family history.

And get this: We're told Angelina knew nothing about any of this. So either MTV doesn't care if she kicks the bucket this season ... or they have no interest in bringing her back.
